DialHard is a web-based VoIP service operated from Berlin, Germany. The caller dials from any modern browser using WebRTC; calls are terminated on the regular phone network through Twilio and Telnyx, route-selected per destination so calls reach countries one provider supports but the other doesn't. Because the recipient just gets an ordinary phone call, DialHard works for reaching anyone — family members who don't use messaging apps, businesses that only have a phone line, government offices, hotels, embassies — without requiring them to install or configure anything.

The product is positioned as a replacement for Skype, which Microsoft shut down in May 2025. Unlike WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and FaceTime — which are app-to-app and require both parties to install software — DialHard is asymmetric: caller in a browser, recipient on any phone in 217+ countries.

DialHard is privately held, EU-based, and GDPR-compliant. Support is handled directly by the founder, Kirill, with typical same-day email response.

- Not suitable for emergency calls (no 911 / 112 / 999 routing)
