This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Dial Hard web-based international calling platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to abide strictly by this policy. Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.
Permitted Uses
You may use the Service solely to make legitimate international telephone calls from your web browser for:
- Personal communication with friends or family internationally.
- Business-related calls to international landline or mobile numbers for legitimate commercial purposes.
- Other lawful and reasonable voice communication consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Uses
You are expressly prohibited from using the Service to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that violates applicable local, national, or international regulations. Specifically, you may not:

Fraudulent Activity:
- Initiate or facilitate calls to premium-rate, toll, special-rate, or high-risk international numbers to generate illegitimate revenue.
- Engage in revenue-sharing or International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF).
- Use deceptive practices, such as spoofing caller IDs or impersonating other entities.

Security Violations:
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or network infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service or associated technology infrastructure.

Abusive or Illegal Content:
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, or harm any person or group.
- Engage in defamatory, libelous, obscene, or hateful speech during calls.

Spam and Robocalls:
- Conduct automated calling (robocalls) or use autodialers.
- Use the Service for unsolicited marketing, advertising, or promotional calling.

High-Risk Destinations:
- Attempt calls to regions or telephone number ranges known or suspected by Dial Hard to be associated with fraudulent calling schemes without express permission.
Fraud Detection and Enforcement
We maintain active monitoring and detection mechanisms to protect our platform and customers from fraud and abuse. Violations of this policy will result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice or refund.
- Possible legal action or disclosure of information to regulatory or law enforcement authorities to prosecute offenders.

Changes to this Acceptable Use Policy
Dial Hard reserves the right to update this AUP from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after updates will constitute your acceptance of any revised AUP.
By using Dial Hard, you expressly acknowledge your agreement to comply with the requirements and restrictions of this Acceptable Use Policy.
