Many questions about pricing, supported countries, and call quality are already answered on the rates page or in the calling guides. When you do write, include the country you're calling, roughly when the issue happened, and any error messages you saw. For billing questions, include the email address on your account.

- Call quality issues
- Echo, delays, dropped calls, or one-way audio. Include the country you called, the time of the call, and whether you were on WiFi or mobile data.
- Billing questions
- Unexpected charges, refund requests, or credit-purchase issues. Include the email on your DialHard account and the approximate date of the charge.
- Country not supported
- New destinations get added regularly. Email the country you need—if the route is available, it can usually be added quickly.
- Business accounts
- Need multiple users, call recording, or volume pricing? Mention "business inquiry" in your subject line.
